Upon completion of your enrolment you will be issued a student identity card.
This HKU student card entitles you to access HKU buildings
and use libraries at HKU University of the Arts Utrecht as well as Utrecht
University. It also entitles you to discounts at various theatres, museums and
I didn't receive a card!
It is the responsibility of the student to check if you received a student ID card after enrolment. The student ID card will remain valid during the entire course of your study.
The cards are sent in August and September, after you are fully enrolled and have uploaded a photo.
Still no card after 1 November? Please contact HKU Service Desk Student Affairs. In the event that a replacement card is needed, the additional cost is € 11.
Return upon unenrolment
When you terminate your enrolment you are requested to return the student card to the Service Desk Student Affairs. This can also be done by post.
Lost student card
If you lose your student card, you can request a replacement for € 11.You can apply for a new student card via our (Dutch) IDeal page. Please clicck the pink 'Ideal Betaalmodule' button.
After we receive your payment, the card will be sent to your Dutch address within 2 weeks.
