ISA request

An individual study activity (ISA) is an activity that is executed outside of the context of the official curriculum and that provides professional work experience. It is a learning experience in the so-called free space. If you want to obtain credits for these activities then fill in the form below, print it out and hand it in (with proof) to the Service Desk (H0.13).
